    It is hard to imagine.

    Is there a need to imagine?

    Just look around at

    the abundance of humanity and

    the riches that humanity brings.

    There are no borders.

    The colors blend together

    from one panel of the reality to another.

    What is required to make

    this place a reality is to

    take moments to stop

    look around, listen carefully

    and see.

      And that is the folly of the world today… most are unwilling to stop, look and listen to the world around them. If only minds could be changed. Thanks for your words of wisdom, so greatly needed to be heard.

      Andre, we need to stop, look around, listen carefully and see, and then pause before we react. Then things might evolve differently in the world. I agree with you that sometimes we don’t have to imagine, we just have to look at what’s out there… Especially at the little things. Thank you for your piece.

    About an imaginary place of abundant riches

    I look about me… there are wispy clouds of
    white velvet.
    The air so clear and pure… it cleanses the soul.

    About me are flower blossoms of every color of the rainbow,
    filling the warming breeze with a luscious scent.

    As people pass by, they smile and say hello…
    there are no furrowed brows or scowls on faces.

    There is a warmth of spirit and generosity.
    There is no animosity, only a sense of welcome.

    A freedom to become whatever your dream is,
    and the best part is, you can achieve that goal,
    no roadblocks stand in your way.

    But wait, this is an imaginary place…
    now back to reality with my feet placed firmly on the ground.

    Michele, as I stated in the session, you drew me in with this peaceful scene, and *poof* it was gone—back to reality…it’s like coming out of a beautiful dream. I do have gratitude that you took me there at least for a short time.

    Thinking about the past,

    especially in contrast to the current state of affairs,

    now seems like it was a place of abundant riches

    (although I didn’t realize it at the time).

    Even in the past,

    I probably retreated to a previous period,

    to search and find exceptional treasures

    (although I didn’t appreciate it at the time).

    I’m wondering if down the road,

    I will be able to think back on these times

    as a place of abundant riches.

    I can’t even imagine it.

      Elizabeth… as you said what was seems to be better than what is. Some wise person once said, “we try to learn from our mistakes, so history doesn’t repeat itself.” Generally speaking, mankind didn’t receive the memo..

        Michele, I love your last line… I think many of us got the memo, but many of the world leaders and others didn’t —Should we resend the memo?
