    About two sides of myself~~~

    Wrinkles in my skin, rusty joints needing oiling
    Eyesight no longer perfect, hearing a bit faded
    But don’t think for 1 second that my zest for life has been diminished

    I awake to feel the sun hitting my cheek,
    my eyes looking out to the carpet of daisies and roses,
    the commitment to righting the wrongs of the world

    Chronological age is just that… it is not the person that lies within
    My spirit is young and alive… looking to see what’s to tackle next

    Take each moment and push it to its maximum
