Participants are warmly encouraged to share what you wrote below (“Leave a Reply”), to keep the conversation going here, bearing in mind that the blog of course is a public space where confidentiality is not assured.

Also, we would love to learn more about your experience of these sessions, so if you’re able, please take the time to fill out a follow-up survey of one to two quick questions!

    About unwritten rules~~~

We claim to live in a democracy, guided by our constitution,
where the voices of the people are meant to be heard and acknowledged.
When disagreements arise, a judicial system is in place to resolve disputes.

But what happens when the government becomes skewed or imbalanced?
What do we do when thoughtful discourse is disregarded in favor of hasty decisions that later are reversed?
When lies are disguised as truths, when access to information is restricted, when free thought is deemed a threat?

It seems there is now a set of unwritten rules,
    hidden from public view,
that is taking precedence over the law of the land.

Should we, the people, accept this situation,
    or should we be concerned?
